(Reuters) – Harvey Weinstein, who is serving a jail sentence for rape, has no signs and symptoms of the coronavirus, his spokesman said on Thursday, much more than two months after a union formal for corrections officers said the previous motion picture producer experienced tested positive.

“As of now, it’s been fourteen times due to the fact reports of worry from people today inside of the jail, and he has no signs and symptoms and no challenges,” Weinstein spokesman Juda Engelmayer said.
Weinstein, 68, was sentenced on March 11 for sexually assaulting previous production assistant Mimi Haleyi and raping Jessica Mann, a onetime aspiring actress.
Michael Powers, head of the point out corrections officers union, said on March 22 that Weinstein experienced tested positive for the coronavirus, which will cause the respiratory health issues COVID-19.
