The winners of the “A Metropolis Celebrates” art exhibition, recently held at the Bermuda Society of Arts, have been awarded their prizes together with certificates of recognition this morning in the Mayor’s Parlour at Metropolis Corridor.
As component of its ongoing celebrations to commemorate the 225th anniversary of the Corporation of Hamilton and its democratic electoral procedure, the Metropolis invited the general public to submit artwork, in any medium, that depicted Hamilton in some way.

Fifty-6 submissions have been entered into the exhibition and a panel of marketplace specialists chose winners in three classes – Student, Newbie and Professional.
