In 2014, Soyini Phillips won the first Pass up Universe Jamaica Central Pageant. Now, at 23 decades old, the natural beauty queen, Television set presenter and journalist is the new pageant manager. Pointing out that it has been a lifelong dream of hers to contribute to the holistic progress of youthful girls, Phillips explained this most current achievement as an honour.
“It’s a franchise that is looked upon by so many not only in Jamaica, but internationally for the reason that it’s a pageant that allows girls excel with self-assurance. It was undoubtedly some thing I wished to be a section of for the reason that I want to enable youthful girls develop into better persons in modern society,” she said. “It definitely is an honour. I think the reason I took on the competitors was for the reason that I wished to make absolutely sure that ladies would go away attaining so much, they’ll under no circumstances be the exact.”

Listing her mother, Blossom Bent, as the key reason she has been equipped to attain all she has, Phillips says she doesn’t sense this most current obligation will develop into a load.
