NEW YORK – Mick Jagger and Dave Grohl have teamed up for a challenging-rock pandemic anthem called “Eazy Sleazy.”
“It’s a tune that I wrote about coming out of lockdown, with some substantially essential optimism,” Jagger said in a assertion Tuesday. “Thanks to Dave Grohl for jumping on drums, bass and guitar. It was a great deal of enjoyable functioning with him.”
The duo recorded the music and movie in distinctive studio areas — Jagger at property and Grohl in the Foo Fighters studio — and the lyrics mention “prison walls,” “virtual premieres,” figures that are “grim” and Zoom calls.
